米と米麹だけで造られている優しい味の甘酒。保存料や添加物を一切使用せず、古くから伝わる製法でこつこつと手作業で造られています。三好市内の他、県外のファンも多く、とてもおいしいと評判です。四代目は「田野醤油の甘酒が好き」というお客様のために、代々続いてきた伝統の味を守っていくことを誇りとしています。こちらの甘酒のこだわりは、創業時から変わっていない煉瓦造りの室や大釜、もろぶた(木の器)を使用することにより麹菌が受け継がれ、創業当時の味をそのまま保つことができていることです。豊富な栄養素や酵素を含み、腸内環境を整え、美肌効果も期待できる甘酒は、いま再注目されています。昔ながらの製法で作られている田野醤油の甘酒の良さを多くの人に伝えたい、お客様に喜んで頂きたいと日々丹精込めて造り続けています。
A mildly sweet fermented drink made just with rice and koji rice. Diligently prepared by hand without preservatives or additives using a method handed down since a long time ago. This tasty and popular drink has many patrons not only in Miyoshi city but also outside of Tokushima. The fourth generation takes pride in maintaining the traditional taste, which has been the same for generations, for customers who "love Tano Shouyu's amazake." The specialty of this amazake is that the makers have been using the same koji mold in the same brick room, cauldron, and morobuta (wooden container) that has been in use since the time of their establishment, which is why they are able to maintain the same taste. Amazake is again coming back into the limelight as it is rich in nutrients and is good for the stomach and skin. We would like to convey the goodness of Tano Shouyu's amazake being prepared using traditional methods to as many people as possible, as the customer's satisfaction and praise are their best motivation for putting sincere efforts each day.
